4. Service Usage

COINT Coia provides AI chatbot services, including coaching, wellness assistance, and HR support for performance reviews. Usage may be subject to fair use policies to prevent abuse. The app and website may offer free and paid subscription plans, with paid plans providing additional features and services. Details will be available within the app and on the website.

5. Intellectual Property

COINT.AI B.V. owns all intellectual property rights to the content and services provided by the application and website. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant COINT.AI B.V. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute user-generated content within the platform for operational purposes.

6. User Content

  • Allowed Content: Users can create and share text-based content, including chat messages and feedback.
  • Content Violations: Content that violates these Terms of Use will be removed, and users may receive warnings or have their accounts suspended or terminated.
  • Rights Over Content: COINT.AI B.V. claims a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute user-generated content within the platform.

The information provided by COINT Coia, including AI chatbot responses, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. COINT.AI B.V. does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by the app or website.
